Why create a free source of content?
It all started with content marketing. We asked ourselves the question: Why maintain a corporate blog? And we looked at what was possible, but it all seemed boring to us. We don't want to create an echo chamber and slice up our propaganda into little bits on social media. Aside of the business at hand, the daily grind, we do have an important message to spread.
We are convinced that other people can benefit from the ideas that direct the way we work. We believe in making the world just a little bit better, because our work is not something temporary, it is what unites us to our communities. It defines who we are, and what we can start together.
Inspiration is everywhere
In 2018, we created Interlink Connect, an event for our employees, partners and clients to share things that went wrong, and how they were dealt with. People loved it because it meant we can learn from each other outside of sales pitches. We can be genuine, authentic, and insightful. Therefore, Connect is now an annual event.
If Connect is the culmination of every intimate failure we can overcome and share, then HyperConnect is the ongoing, year-round conversation that brings us closer.
"I love Connect because it represents an opportunity to exchange experiences, and discover new speakers in a great location, with great predisposition to answer any questions I might have"- NPS Review of Connect 2018.

In an age of connectedness, why would we not share authentic content? Or better yet, how could we miss the chance to go one step further, and spark new ideas together?
